Today I received my allotment letter and got surprised to see my plot no. Changed from B-245 to E-488 in Prism.
Could you please advise whether this new location is better or not as compared to previous.
I will be grateful if you can evaluate it's current price and also advise whether I should keep it or sell.

You have got a very good plot as compared to B-245...chill...its a corner plot infront of 80 ft. The only disadvantage is that it is infront of commercial area which many people don't like....Even than its price should be 1.4 times the prices of B-245 !!!! |

This is hood plot a lot better another thing is that there is some major change in B may be land is not clear you are lucky |

This is good plot but facing commercial which is big negative point.
Check price difference of phase 6 plots facing commercial. These plots are less than around 50lacs in price & difficult to sell. |
