I want to know the procedure & cost to construct a house in bahria homes 6 Marla plot .
can I construct on my own or have to take the service of Bahria Authority
will it have to be with the same elevation & materials ?

Hi Javaid,
To the best of my understanding bahria provides the full constructed house including plot i.e. they don't do construction if you already have a plot. The second problem is that they don't efficiently utilize the space.
I am living in UK and constructed my family home as well as other houses for selling and can help you in understanding the nitty-gritty if you are interested and perhaps get you connected to right builder.
