I need suggestions from you to create a very balanced sustainable investement portfolio:
I already have following invstements:
1- Q blcok Ph. 7 1 canal
2- M blcok Prims 9 1 canal (80 feet road)
3- Fazaia housing phase 1---- 1 kanal
Now I have another 7 million cash in hand...
Please suggest what should I do?
I was thinking of selling ph. 7 and buying 2 kanal in prism (although I dont know if 2 kanal for prism are available for sale in the market and at what price?)
