True supply is a very important determinant, however, for areas that have or are near possession, supply will remain limited as many of the plots will be taken by investors for the purpose of building and taking rent. For commercial, the real test is that how many buildings are being or the near potential of being rented.

Ballot is expected soon and will be ready to make plaza. And there is a population who needs a good commercial urgently, means within 3 years you will be able to earn handsome amount of rental income from this investment.
