Salam Alikum,

Please tell me about NFC Phase II.

We want to buy a 5 marla plot for our self. NFC Phase 2 is affordable.

My question are:

1). Is it safe to buy a Plot there?
2). Will we get a FILE Or we will get Possession of the PLOT?
3). Did the development started?
4). If yes, how is development going?
5). Does the prices include development charges?
6). How much expected development charges?
