Phase 7 commercial areas are excellent especially CCA-1 for having large developed residential to cater to, direct access from Barki, near DHA Raya proper golf course 1250 kanals, knowledge park, kidney and liver center etc. This is actually the right time to invest when prices are relatively low and the location is excellent. Barki road will have the best access for new DHA that is phase 6,7, 8, 9 and I know of banks that have bought 8 marla commercials in CCA-1 and CCA-4 of phase 7 for making their offices in future.
