Is DHA phase 7 lahore developed? If I buy a plot here, is the price inclusive of development charges or not

It is developed, possession just given, you have not to pay any development charges. |

Dont purchase developed plot at a price inclusive of all development charges. You can easily get undeveloped plot at slightly more price and non inclusive of development charges. Think about prism. |
