Greetings. In 1999 my sister in laws son who was a Captain embraced Shahadat in Kargil . She was given a plot in Phase 8 W Block near 453 . Plot is facing park and on 70 ft road . Rates have increased enough . Should she sell it or still keep it till possession .Also evaluate W 453 ( our plot is nearly the same )

Sell it and buy one kanal facing park in prism and one kanal in upper cutting of u block in phase 7.
Keep these for another 5 years

If u keep it ,u will gain definately still juice in it , but if u sell u will gain more as prism have more juice . both are safe option if u do not need money in near future invest in otger phases if u need keep it |
