150 Ft road plots are golden plots in LDA Avenue 1.
Should be above 150+ at this time, but not sure about exact value.

Could be 175+.

Your plot is on teh road which is going to labour coloney and then to defence road.In this lane there is litigation.I am not sure your plot falls on this or not.
No buyer for litigation plot.
you will know ,when you apply for NOC,otherwise LDA will say everything ok.

All LDA holders. Sell if you can. If your plot fall other societies then no luck.

Why prices of LDA Avenue 150ft roads plots are going up?

In last two months price of 1 Kanal plots on second 150ft roads almost up by 5 millions & still going up. Any expert advice.

If its land cleared than sell on 150 plus , if not sell it crore plus but do sell and sell good .
