what would be the price for a 3.5 marla plot in eden lands on ferozepur road. I want to know this because eden management is asking me to pay at the rate of 440000 per marla instead of 265000 per marla (agreed between us during start of installments) to get possession of plot. Now 6 years have passes since the scheme (eden meadows) started, they are asking for extra money for posession.

They are asking because they want you to cancel deal. Pay them silently and sell after that. At least you will get something. But if you cancel, you will get only one cup of tea. |

Don't scumb to their uncalled for demand. Take them to court, fight for your right. Eden is big fraud |
