I have a budget of 20-22 million to invest in commercial property in DHA. Prism commercial is already 30 million plus and the train is missed. Which other options you think is best from investment point of view? And kindly mention an expected value of each in 3 years time - as per your forecast.
1. Phase-7 CCA-1/4 plot of 4 marla in range of 225
2. Phase 7 4 marla file at 175
3. DHA Parkview file of 4 marla at 190
4. IVY green file of 4 marla at 175

Fyi phase 7 CCA1 4 merla is 47 million not 22
You hardly have option of CCA 4 worst location 4 merla or file |

Rather than good for low quality commercial names (which you all mentioned).
Buy best of best in PRISM one Kanal (9~10 million) two plots or add DHA Multan File + 5 Marla PRISM (2.5~3 million)two plot.
Good potential and partial sales opportunity and easy to sell than one big lot struck deal. |
