Hi experts! Is 816-C worth keeping? Its price is not that great currently because of nearness to graveyard.
Will the price of this plot increase with the same percentage as a good location plot? Its currently selling for around 65 lacs.

such plots usually do not increase as compared to rest block classic example is R-612 in phase 7 still at sale for 110 lac |

Ok but what if i want to construct a house here after 5 years?
I mean, I look at S block Phase 2 in DHA and the houses constructed near the graveyard are selling for very good prices. So im confused.
Is it a good plot to build a house? |

Again before making home you will start thinking 2 isseues others will not make home and you will think should I put 1.5 ,cror more in.
