Congratulations all plot holders and perspective investor.

Its time and more you think the more will become difficult to purchase Prism.

The moment people will see development happening in coming months they will hold plots and rates will start further climbing

So please do not delay and procrastinate be firm and invest in Prism.

@ Kamran I am telling this people 6 months before that development going to start soon.
Now i agree 100% with you the more you think the more difficult to purchase PRISM.
I told many time to buy as soon as you can because Prism is "Future of Dha".
As Devolpment starts now which i predict 4 months back now even a 5 Marla plots are flying. Top locations especially A block are Gold mine now because development going to start from two ends of PRISM. And A is the upper end while lower end you better guess.
"C,P,Q" are also hit but not as much as Compared to "A" block.
Dha is Commited to its Stake holders of phase 9 PRISM. And delievered Posssession in upper block within comming years. So be prepared to make your dream house in the best phase of Dha ever "PRISM".
AS LRR on its way to approval many property giants did want to see PRISM as a Supreme Locailty of the Town. So they make breakers on the way of LRR. But soon very soon this mist will also over as LRR will also help there own societies to boost up.
