I got 90 lac cash offer for Q 1065 / ph 7.

Please advice should I sell it and jump in to prism??

Act really fast. Soon Prism will become out of reach. Phase 7 will not see any more price jumps in the future as that is already matured now.

Prism kam say kam 50% tak girnay wala hai. Aur Phase 7 20% tak barhnay wala hai. within 2 month tum sab log daikho gay. tumharay sath kya hua. phir tum 5 saal tak ye rate prism main nahi daikho gay.
development start hui hai jo kam say kam 8 saal main mukamal ho gi.

Dont switch to Prism. You need to ask yourself which Phase will be populated first and then compare the prices. You'll get your answer

prism is better in 3-4 years phase 9 will at par with phase 8 by then phase 7 would still be struggling. make a choice

I sure as hell want Prism rates to fall my 50%. I cant wait to buy some premium plots for half the price ;)

P.S. Prism train isn't missed yet - still 200% gain expected in 3-4 years so instead of getting dis-hearted invest in Prism!

A lot has to settle yet,a lot of supply is on the way DHA is not issuing intimation/developemnt dues to avoid sellers rush, still 70% people are waiting for letters. However I think Prism will consolidate.

Phase 7 doesn't seem to have much room for growth remaining. Prices already mature and will increase at quite a slow and steady pace in the coming years. Better to buy a top location plot in Prism which can becomes worth 2.5 to 3 crores in 4 to 5 years
