SUI Gas 2 Development Charges,

You have replied to this question whether the prices for 1 Kanal Sui Gas 2 inclusive of Development charges or not but your answer is not clear on that. Please confirm whether buyer needs to pay additional charges on top of the buying kanal price for example 40lac kanal plot.

yes in Sui gas 2 it includes development charges, Development charges of Sui 2 were sorted long ago, However they imposed extra possesion charges as development was costly, This also is included in most deals, The seller have to aplly for NOC and clear all dues then he can sell.
Incase of NFC 2 most people are asking Cost Of Land and 6 Lac development Charge is due, last date was June 2009, still no fine seller have already paid that in past then he will demand exttra 6 lac or whtever he has paid.
It is Confusing if you could not undertsand then ask more questions
