What do you think about Lahore Motorway housing scheme? They are giving 5 marla single storey house in 28 lac. Is it good investment?

Just ask the situation in Rainy season I am not sure of LAnd level, SA gardens in 2013 rains Level reached 8 feet water on roads, Flooding once a while even in 3 , 4 years is bad
