The old 150 feet road has been changed because the society remains unable to get the private land, therefore, they have changed the map and plots.
Now the new map with 60 feet road and less plots is available and dev work is progress, still a good place to buy.
Society sold those plots @25 lacs
Now after 6 months the plots have reached at 28-29 which means the appreciation is there. |
