Dear LRE team,
i neef an urgent advice on prism B270 and B787. Which one is better in terms of location for long term investment and plz evaluate the price as well.

270 is better, will develop early and no odds while 787 near boundary facing to Kamhan road |

in B block plots in bottom half are preferred |

but once B block excluded area issue resolved whole B will be a big hit |

I think upper area of B block is better as it is linked with Phase -5. So go for 787 |

After failing to deliver any project on time DHA is expected to deliver Prism on time. DHA Town was the smallest project, no villages and level land but it took 4 years to deliver after promising delivery in less than 18 months. DHA had told that they are giving each of the 4 blocks to different contrators for speedy delivery but it didn't happen. DHA is even slower in developing IVY Green after similar promises. Prism will not be delivered in 3 years or 20 years but 7-8 years is more appropriate for the delivery of the whole project. |

Its all hype created by some groups, prism won't be able to start handing over before 2020,it will see many UPS and downs according to country s political and financial situations rest Allah knows better |

Prism is going to set new standards. DHA deliver in 2020 or 2025 but still it is safe and an attractive proposition. Minor corrections in terms of slow growth or stale conditions may be observed but its for sure not going fall based on so far DHA moves. |

Yes it is correct that Prism is a good long-term project. However, saying that it will be developed in 4 years is misleading the public. The performance of DHA can be evaluated based on its recent and long-term history. |
