Salam what do you think about prism commercial buying at current rates ? I know u think residential will drop in upper blocks but what u say about commercial Z1 and oval outer : : or inner

No drop in upper blocks expected. It will now rise & rise due to development start as i said again and again on this Forum that dont delay and ride on train. Once you buy in Prism is right time to buy Now onwards there is an increase in prices but gradually. Regarding Commercials there is a lots of hype seen in last few weeks. That might be Stagnant for Couple of weeks but still best to buy. |

Each commercial purchased is gone from market for many years. Commercial get alloted in very short numbers so their supply if always tight.DHA dont allow residential to commercial conversions so supply is very limted. A very good ratio in DHA between res and comm properties. People buy commercial for building plazas and get rental income in years ahead. People that buy commercial have enough holding power knowledge and will to handle small ups and downs properly and smartly. People dont buy commercials for short term trading. These best investment in any DHA Lahore property is commercial property. If one can afford a commercial in DHA Lahore he should not touch residential plots. Only if no budget available look for residential properties in DHA9 Prism Ivy Green DHA7 Parkview etc. |

CMY and others. For 4 Marla Commerical buy in Prism and Phase 7 today. Which will give more gain in % in next 3 years? This way I think people on the forum will have a better judgment to make a decision. Budget for the two is different so that's why need to know % gain. Thanks |
