These plots should be of equal value. I would suggest you to visit the plots before buying to check the depth of the plots and whether they have a DP in front of them. The one that is more leveled and clear is better. However, these plots will look too close to the graveyards as 5 marla plots look far away on the map but are actually closer than they appear. So you should get a plot that is a bit further away from the grave yard. |
