Development wont start from a single block. But yes I too would like to know from where has the development started.

As per my understanding they have decided to develop the largest main roads first before developing other streets. The contract is to complete the largest main roads in 12-18 months. As access is developed DHA may keep assigning additional contracts to developers for roads etc.

I think development will start from H block 150ft road main entrance at Ring road. DHA will display sign board visible to ring road traffic.

Prism developmental was started from P block. Ceremony was held in P block. First all wide roads in all Prism blocks to be developed in 12 to 18 months than each block finishing and block wise possesion starting in 36 months starting from A C P D . All blocks to be handed over in 48 months.

Be Sabro sun lo !!!! dev will start from ph 9 and will end in ph 9 in about 48 months. So chand mahinon ke agay peechee k liey apni zindagi kharab mut karo. thanks
