Hi, to all
I want to buy 10 Marla in prism one dealer is offering in C near 1672 @ 63 on 80ft road and one is offering in R at 120 ft road near 290 @ 56.
Please advice which one is better to buy and for what. thanx

Mr. CTR i think you should consider option of C block because of its prime location and future entrance of prism. |

C would be goldmine. very hard to find plots at 80 ft road in C |

C plot is too over priced for its location which seems pretty ordinary to me.. Satelife is not the enterance of prism. R plot is much better located . Both deals sound fishy u need new dealers. |

c @ 63 is over rated as 13 lac dev on top. Let it cool back to 50ish range |

In current market its seems very difficult that C 10 marla at 80 ft road will come back in 50 range. |
