Hi to all, i am planning to buy 10 Marla plot in prism, i request to all experts please suggest me which option is best logically because some dealers are saying C block plot at 80 ft road facing kanal are best option and some are saying plots at 150 ft road in r block are good.
I hv opportunity of C near 1672 at 64 lac
and R near near 287 at 56 lac.
Please suggest which one is good and why.

Mr. zohaib in my opinion you must catch near C 1672, after one year it would be around 80 lac because after one year no average plot would be available in C below 100 lac. |
