Where to invest in Prism R block?,

A lot of people are asking about where to invest in the R block. This is my personal opinion (disclaimer: my personal opinion = my personal opinion. Please know that I do not have any investments in R block yet and there is no vested interested of mine to promote R block).

- I would strongly suggest investing in ‘clean’ plots around the APARTMENTS and PLAYGROUND. By clean plots, i mean plots that are not facing school, farmhouse, waterworks, boundary or masjid. It hurts me to say this but masjid plots are relatively more difficult to sell because of the traffic that accumulates during prayer times.
- All 10 marla plots on the 120’ road are gold plots. Just make sure they are not too close to the factory.
- All 5 marla plots on the 60’ road close to the playground are gold plots.
- All corner plots close to the park, apartments and playground are diamond pots (except for the ones facing the masjid, the boundary or the water works).

I would like to know the market value of 5 marla and 10 marla plots facing big road near to park.

I dont know the updated market prices for R block but for a best location 5 marla plot i.e. any 22XX series clean plot or a 23XX facing 60" road, I would pay up to 41 maximum. For a great location 5 marla plot i would pay up to 37 maximum. For a best location 10 marla 27XX facing 120" road, I would pay up to 57 maximum. For a great location 10 marla I would pay up to 53 maximum. Anything below these prices would be a 'great buy' and we should go for it immediately.

Dear Ahmet many people are of the view that dha has acquired land on the other side of the boundary near the site where apartments are located on map i.e 60 feet road can be extended and boundary will be eliminated and new files of 9 town could land there hence will boost R block plots near apartments. what your knowledge says about it?

@opinion. I have no knowledge of it. Sorry. What I can assure you is R block is DHA's sweetheart. :)

Respected readers,

I just saw, R block on map and wondered that Hudira Drain is very close. More than half of the R block will feel the smell in specific months. I just surprise that nobody has considered this issue. At least property experts can throw some light on this issue.

No offense intended to stake holders but for new investors in my opinion R Block is Lowest cutting and farthest from Ferozepur Road, If you see 6,7 map, it is almost same distance from A Block phase 6 to T Block phase 7 Lowest Cutting. In long run it will not be good investment to hold unless appartments made and some pockets are cleared. J Block Upper Cutting is Much more superior in all respects. Murkee etc is Not going let it gain see the old DHA Club surrounding Blocks it has no positive imnpact on them.

there is much difference between phase 7 T block and R prism. there is nothing alluring in T phase 7 but in R prism there will be apartments plus very close theme park will make R block very busy area. there will be lot of hustle bustle in R due to these to factors.

i,ve got plot near 218 R , before selling it i,m hoping that Dha-Town,s 120 feet road will be joined with R block near it and it wont be boundary facing anymore.What are the prospects of that happening @Ahmet?
