When a plot is bought and there are development charges which are due or over due whether seller bears or buyer bears it considering that plot cannot be transferred unless charges are paid. Further, suppose if two development installments have already been paid by the seller will he charge is separately the paid amount from buyer or the price quoted for the deal will include these paid development charges. I am specifically referring to DHA transactions.
