I means what the procedure for sending installment from overseas.

Prism development charges how to pay from out of Lahore or Pakistan?
First keep in mind these are total development charges. You will get am intimation letter from DHA Lahore about due date. Same size plots could have different days of last due date for each installment. Must follow own schedule as indicated on your own intimation letters.
Residential Plots total development charges.
I Kanal : 19.50 Lacs
10 Marla : 13 Lacs
5 Marla : 9 Lacs
Commercial plots
8 Marla Commercial 37.50 Lacs
4 Marla commercial : 19.50 Lacs
Above total amount derived in 12 equal installment and each installment due every three months. Let's move on to how to pay from out of Lahore or Pakistan.
To pay development charges in Prism from out of Pakistan please make a pay order or demand draft in favor of DHA Lahore. Than write a signed letter on plain paper indicating your full name address CNIC number and Prism DHA Lahore Phase 9 plot number. Request attached demand draft to be credited against plot number in letter. Attach your CNIC copy and if available copy of allocation or intimation letters to this letter. All plots MUST have separate pay order or demand draft.
Mail that letter and demand draft to DHA Lahore head office, DHA Lahore Phase 6 via DHL etc. If you want a receipt and trust Lahore Real Estate mail these to Lahore Real Estate 98 Y commercial phase 3 DHA Lahore.

If you are in Pakistan. Go to DHA head office with pay order to deposit or get a challen form made from DHA office to deposit cash in any nearby DHA authorised bank bracnch. Deposit money in bank and bring back paid stamped copy to DHA head office to be put in your plot file. Each plot must have a separate challen form issued to make cash deposit. DHA never handle any cash in its offices.

Dear Mr. Faisal....many banks are authorized to receive payment of development charges...however for the sake of depositing money, one has to first collect challan form from the DHA office for each installment...instead of undergoing this hassle, it is better to deposit development charges installments through pay orders with covering letters...thanks... |

I trust LRE since day I bought prism file long time back under 20 lac.
Like to know who shall i address my envelope containing DD, Intimation letter details etc if sending to LRE lahore?
Are there any service charges that I should included too for LRE ? charges for courier for the receipt of payment to DHA?
