I have a Plot in D 1180 Line it is clear with possession but undertaking is needed at selling, so some issue is there. In 2010 it is was clear in LDA computer but not on ground. There was a Bagh in that area which got cleared in 2013 years back, Current worth of my plot is 34,35 as Nasir Gunj is near. I think your plot worth will be 1,2 Lac more.
This plot was only my worst experience in real estate thanks God still it is giving me 3X 1 bought in 12, 7 ys back. I still don't want to sell it. My only headache is Qabza as village is near. |
