Intallment plots aren't cheap. You just have the flexibility to pay over 2-3 years but that too requires a steady cash flow to cover a payment of 1.5 crore plus over a medium term. Since the plots are offered in phases 1-6 I think it will attract mostly 'flippers' or end users who intend to build a house very soon. Prism is for investors looking for gains over 3-5 years.

As a matter of principle, if one cannot sell at cash then instalment plan is offered. Does DHA foresee that it cannot sell its inventory in Phase 1 -6 at desired price on cash?

Thanks for your input, As per CMY DHA will offer prism plots later on when there is some on ground development will be going on like completion of main roads etc. It's better for us if they can offer now but may be DHA wants to offer even on higher prices later on.

I also check the map and found that still many good location plots not allotted in ballot. So I think we have good chance to get good location plot on installments when DHA offered those in future InshaAllah.
