Dear CMY please give your comments what impact would be on currents plot prices in prism 9 when DHA will announce installments plots in prism 9 in due course of time? i.e. will cash plot rise of fall?

I feel it will take some steam out as in March prism instalments will come and ppl will go for that |

It's my point of view. One can agree or disagree. Nothing personal. Don't look at today's few lac profit. Not all buy for investment purpose. Maintenance of project after sale is a big question for those who to make home. In fact till Govt don't regulate standard terms & condations to protect both parties, it will be risky. |
