What should be the price level at Sui gas II with the prices in the societies close by moving up

Sharif bros will never let this society be developed in their lives being closer to Jati Umrah. Society will not see any development in comming many years as remains same in last many years. |

I Think there is Nothing political AWT is bigger than Sui gas 2 and all facilites are there. That too is on the way of Jatti omra |

The prices in Sui Gas have already increased by 5-7 lacs. The prices are expected to increase by an additional 3 lacs and then stop unless prices of overall real estate market in Lahore increase. The additional increase in price will be more than offset with the high transfer costs and taxes that you pay. In the long-run prices will increase if and when there is actual development progress in this society. The surrounding societies where prices are high were developed a long time ago and are now witnessing construction activity but Sui Gas 2 might wait for full possession for another 5 years as not much work going on. |
