I am planning to buy a commercial property by next week, having almost 20m rupees investment.
Can you please guide if Dha Rahber Phase-II 8 marla file is available and would it be a better investment for a period of 5 Years?
Or would you advise to proceed with another property?

@TAHA there is no 8 marla file rhabar 2 available in markete even with LRE i dont know why they are mentioning in their daily rates i called them they said we dont have any file even in 25 m rupees

My advise buy two 1K plots at good location. After few years return will be very good. Good location residential plots will be easy to sell than bad location commercial. Please note that residential always easy to sell. |
