As mentioned by CMY it will take time, after possession there is temporary dip it was seen in phase 5 in 2007, phase 6 in 2010 and now 7 and DHA town, As persons who are dedicated in making home come slowly, only once populated then it will gain again.
In market Maximum are investors Biana traders and speculator which give hype to properties in pipeline.
Then lesser are dedicated long term holders which pay all transfer expenses and hold for long time.
And finally slowly dwellers come which give final shape to property like we see today in phase 5 and 6 today.

Dear Hassan,
I spoke with at least 3 dealers yesterday, DHA Town is shaping up now, and investors already turned into it, as soon as the work from bedian road will start to connect the existing main boulevard of Town then prices will be out of reach.

already prices are on increasing trend, by mid march I expect the prices should be ranging in between 55-65
