As i highlighted few days back and also mentioned by CMY, in last 2 week DHA Phase 9 J Block upper Cutting [plots less than 900 Number], Central Location ie not on nallah side Not on Boundary and not in front or near graveyard have gained from 25,26 to 28 to 30, Still they are under priced it is right time to grab them both for investment and home making, there are only few of such plots and soon it will be impossible to find them even at 32,33.

Its only 10 min drive from bank stop on firozpur road... and will hav facility of ring road interchange as well... plots near to park are also very good specially yo make hone as commercial shops and mosque also near |

Althogh prism have a big chunk in form of 5 Merla, but in near future this particular location will be mostly sought for at any cost, the reason are obvious at 3 KM feroze pur Road and at 3 KM F Block of Phase 4 plus ring road interchange.
@ tahir once supply in upper cutting will exhast people will be looking for middle and lower portion. The Length of J Block is so long that they must have named it J1, J2, J3 for better understanding , People get confused upper middle and lower cutting description. May be they will do in revised maps.
The portion of J Block opposite F Block is upper Cutting. Opposite H Block is Middle cutting and Opposite K Block is Lower Cutting.
Upper you are better you are, However all will have Better access than any deeply seated block of prism. |

Moreover when one or two plots are sold at a specific location rates are automatically increased as every dealer add one lac or more and quote plot to other dealer.... There is a visible difference of rates from the start and end of chain....
however, the investors have no way except to accept the reality...
This situation has no benefit for owners of the plot... |
