I have a 5 marla plot near 3057 in J block, what is the future for it, i cant afford to switch ,should i wait for a year or two ,how much can i ask if i sell it at the end of the year. :pkf

A year or two isn't good enough in real estate investment. Phase 9, prism is a medium term investment.

I agree with you, i bought file in 14 lacs, i dont mind keeping it further but im confused whether lower cutting J block will increase or remain static.
Please can anyone shed some light on this
