Whats the difference between sector shops and normal commercial property in DHA.

Sector shops are usually of 2 marla located in sectors to cater for needs of people living there. Sometime there are 2 or 3 shops in a sector. Rarely there are more than 3 shops. Normal commercial property is always located on main boulevard or central commercial area (CCA), its cost is always higher than sector shop price. In DHA its area is 4, 8 and rarely 16 marla. |

I do not know the average rental yield on sector shops as I am out of my country since long time. Keep in touch with any property dealer, he can find out for you sector shops alternatively DHA have offered 2 marla shops on one year quarterly installments. For details keep visiting LRE website. |
