Rates of Sui gas society located on the drain is much higher today than State life phase 1 . The location of State life phase 1 is much better than Sui gas and with entire phase 9 right next door to it, surely State life is undervalued today and gradually as rates of phase 9 increase in the future, the corresponding increase in rates of State life phase 1will be seen with zero chance of going losing money as it is all posession area. |
