Salam LRE & experts, I have 10 Million and want to buy some commercial property. Did bit of the search however can't seems to find anything. Apparently Central Park Housing is possibility but not sure about its future. Your advice will be much appreciated.

If you can raise the budget of another 2.5mio.
Then better go with DHA Rahbar.
That is the only cheapest file available in DHA.
Otherwise in 10 Mio you can hardly get 2 marla sector shop in any phase , but mots probably in DHA 6 or 7. |
