How can an overseas Pakistani apply for DHA plot recently offered on instalments
1. Can an overseas applicant ask someone in Lahore to submit the form (with signature of someone submitting the form). Or
2. Can an overseas applicant complete the form with his own signature and send a scanned copy for submission.
Please advise, as this will help many overseas Pakistanis. Thanks.

Must download print sign and send form to Pakistan to be submitted with money in any Askari bank branch. |
