Dear Ahsan, I didn't say the jump will happen in days. I said the price should increase by 10 lacs any day between 2-8 months. The price could increase 10-20 lacs on a 8-16 month time horizon. |

I forgot to mention that prices for better location plots have increased by 2-4 lacs in this month but that increase is small and not very noticeable as yet. I will visit the area in 2 weeks to see if there is progress on the main road and check the details of the construction activity as well. |

we are overseas and can not visit the area, if somebody can just pay a courtesy visit to DHA town, it will be highly appreciated to post some pics on the construction activity and especially the main road work from bedian road to existing main boulevard.

I will post the pictures when I visit. I am delaying the visit for 2 weeks as there is anticipation that the construction of the main road might pick pace in some days and I want to see progress. |

Dear friends/ EJ.
Road from Bedian road is roughly been marked as some machinary and tractors were working there. Mud road is visible now and it turn from farm house on old road and joins main road (Main Boulevard) 120 ft. DHA just need to carpet. |
