If ballot happens anytime this year for DHA Multan, where do you see the price of 1 Kanal plot in 4~5 years for an average location plot?

Rumour is that DHA will offer a canal at 5 million in 3 year instalments. Therefore, file holders should expect 4.2 million for phase one file soon after launching. Considering property rates in the societies around and if DHA completes phase one development in 4-5 years than the prices go level with Wapda Town i.e. 146-20 millions |
