I have visited orchard last Sunday and surprised to saw the development work was with very fast pace all over at every side of society and environment was outstanding there. What a elite project such admirable.

I agreed with Mr. Javed becoz the market at Raiwind Road turned toward Orchard and a heavy buying is continued and very few sellers are in the market. You can check a rushed in office timing in office of Bahria Orchard for transfers. Best investment in my point of view.

The investors are very much enjoying who already hold their on ground plots because it's already gained almost 200% in a one year time period and the room for further growth is still there becoz after announcement of pocession of phase 2 and with the breaking news of start of work on Ring Road Southern Loop... you could not catch a single plot of 5 marla in near future even in the bracket of 40-45

Yes, I agree Bahria Orchard is the best investment ,having bright future.prices are inreasing rapidly and thete is a lot of potential after possession of LCO blocks phase 2.Especially, C, D and J blocks are superb for residential and investment purposes.

I am not agree that infrastructure going in rapid way. They promise to give the possession for D block Barhria Orchard in 2015 and still there is no infrastructure started and I seen people fighting for D block development in Bahrain Office. Any one knows when D block infrastructure specially after Awami villa.....

D block is now attached with d extension so the remaining part would be developed together sooner. It was delayed due to the site plan and construction work on awami villas.

Dear Javeb.

Do you have any update on Soon?? Because we keep hearing that development will start soon but soon when??? I will be first person to buy more plots and my friends as we already have in this block.

Please advise whether infrastructure going to start in March / April 2016
