Dear CMY, LRE Team and other Experts,

I am interested in 4 Marla Commerical Plots being offered by DHA on installment.

I have seen people discussion various options about this new ballot launch but have not seen any discussion about 4 marla options...

Please guide me if these 4 marla are good option for constructing plaza in future..iffff i am lucky enough to win it in the draw...

Please shed some light...

Brother trust me, my humble opinion is don't even think about it.
K block is dead market and the plots offered are on dead end
One that is offered in centre has transformer (electric ) in the middle. I wanted to invest there as well but after seeing ground reality I would suggest to avoid such pathetic locations.
