Dear shehzad, usually 1 year is less for holding property as you have to pay transfer charges, commission, taxes etc So effective gain in one year might not be that significant! unless you buy in highly underpriced area and it gain afterwards! For real estate keep in mind a period of 3 years at least! So be reaslistic and don't expect too much! |
