can you please let me know this exactly from which place connect to Bedian Road, is it from the old road which was coming towards the existing main road?

@EJ,

Sir Dha had some issues with shop keepers on old road, so bought this new land. This is a new road on new site next to Darbar. This road is before these shops on old approach. (Old road is after this) This road is before the point from where you turn right towards 9 town at Bedian road. I have taken this pics standing on bedian road facing towards 9 town. This road curves from farm house which dha has bought for weddings etc and cut old road towards block B and join the main Boulevard. One can easily see kacha road been done by DHA.

Suleman @ Thanks for uploading the pics. Now I think that I should visit DHA 9 Town in 3 weeks time to get you pictures of the carpeted section of the road. Also, as winter is coming to an end it is ideal time for construction and we will hopefully see the home construction activity speed up in March.

The new approach will lead us to the same main road that exists between block A and B OR there is little diversion now?

Dear Ibrahim sahib,

This new road joins the same main road between blocks A and B. I was bit surprised as well when called few dealers in DHA they were asking about 3 to 5 lacs extra due to main road construction activity. I am sure by the end of this month prices will hike. We were looking for 5 marla option where my uncle can build his house next year in dha in reasonable budget and ended up in dha 9 Town as best option if one want to build home in next 4 years. Good location plot near to main road 60 lacs. Plus you can enjoy all modern facilities of Phase 9 Prism and Ring road approach. Rest God knows better.
