My plot situated in J Block LDA Avenue-1 was litigation. LDA clear the litigation. I got challan of the development charges from LDA Office and paid the same. I got the possession of plot and applied for NOC. LDA replied and addressed the letter to Assistant Commissioner Raiwind, Lahore " It is stated that Khasra No. 1235 Mouza Bhoptan, LDA Avenue-1 housing scheme, Lahore measuring 8-Kananl & 18 marla is under litigation titled " Chinniot Operative Coop. housing society VS LDA" in the court upto the extent of 3 Kanal & 11 Marla that is claimed by chinnot housing society. As per report of LAC branch, LDA and Estate Office, LDA avenue-1 land measuring 5 Kanal 7 marla in Khasra No. 1235 Mouza Bhoptian has been acquired by LDA and possession proceeding has also been completed. Furthermore, road has been constructed on the site.
So , there is confusion arises regarding ownership of divided land between LDA and Chinniot housing society on Khasara No. 1235 Mouza Bhoptian . In this regard a fresh at site demarcation of said land my be carried out at your end with collaboration of all the parties concerned to ascertain which area is under possession of LDA and Chinniot housing society respectively. Keeping in view the complexity involved and to address the grievances of the allotees / owners of plots involved the this area, you are requested to do the needful at the earliest,/please"

They will give you the information.

In some previous post I clearly highlighted these facts, Honestly I am telling you the LDA don't have clear record of what is in litigation and what is clear. There are hundreds of case. They are giving possession sometime even in undeveloped and litigation areas.
True Picture will be clear in 2,3 years when other beneficiaries of High count order will claim the Land, which was even developed by LDA.
This Happened even in DHA Broadway they developed litigation land. But DHA is fair enough to compensate affected investors in new Commercial cutting in U Block phase 8, and 110 Kanal residential plots will be relocated later . |
