The market is suggesting that a lot of sellers are now intending to hold their plots in DHA Town to reap benefits from the construction of the main road uptil Bedian road and to benefit from construction activity that is expected to increase as winter has closed. Also, if the Phase 5 M-block underpass construction starts soon as expected than it will provide a further increase in the price. |
