The location of Bahria Orchard which is connected or would be connected in near future with Bahria Canal is the favourable and reliable prime location and already well developed.
I think Block H and J would be the superb blocks of Orchard in future. |

The location on the other hand of Raiwind Road is also prime but it takes some time to make a shape as orchard already excellently developed on the other side. So all in all Everything is better in this area for investment and living. |

If someone ask me which is the big community and commercials hub at Raiwind Road, my answer should be Bahria Town "Orchard". |

Ahmet I second you as ppl who are investing there are saying it enjoys better location, access and entry points as compared to old Bahria. |

That's why I recommend it. It would be more attractive and costly after completion of LRR completions. |
