What is the future of DHA Phase 7 10 Marla file? The current market price posted by LRE is 49 lacs. Is it a good investment?

Yes it is especially when the development is almost complete and good location. |

@DHA Phase 7, yes 49 is reasonable price! but high chances are that you will get a average or bad location plot. I bought a file @40 and after one month alloted a corner plot in Y block 4705/16 but average location. Sold it 49! I think the current price is around 60! If you have a budget buy good on ground plot. Don't risk for 5-8 lac do keep in mind that you have to pay 9 lac development charges as well. Wish you all the best! |
