Item-4 on the prescribed form states " Father's Name". Should not it have given an option of "Husband's Name" as for married females it is husband 's name on the national identity card from which particulars can be matched. With the filled form. Please advise.

My suggestion is write as per exact match on the ID card and write husband's name in place of father's name. The name is actually matched with the ID card. |
