Assallam o Alaikum. One Question about lda avenue. If I buy plot from first allottee owner .Which alloted in 2003 .With all clear with possession and NOC.then also risk.U think block M clear .Please suggest

There is no risk even if you purchase from market also.
Pay token money and get copy of papers i.e allotment letter and payment receipts, NOC (if available).
Get them verified from one window in LDA office. LDA is open on Saturday also.
Allottee will apply for NOC and possession letter before transfer.
Then it will transfer in your name.
Check following original documents before biana,
1) Allotment letter issued by LDA
2) Payment receipts
3) NOC if he already applied.
NOC he can apply even after biana.
